讲座题目：Unraveling the relation between structure (morphology) and properties (performance) of nanoenhanced polymeric membranes

Arcadio Sotto Diza，西班牙-雷伊胡安卡洛斯大学教授，雷伊胡安卡洛斯大学学术委员会委员、B.S.工业工程协调员、2009年雷伊胡安卡洛斯大学优秀博士、欧洲膜协会成员、西班牙化学协会成员等。主要从事纳滤膜的制备及饮用水净化、清洁生产等方面的研究，在Journal of Material Chemistry, Water Research, Journal of Membrane Science, Journal of Colloid and Interface Science等杂志发表论文70多篇，主持“Optimization of the membrane sublayers for development of Reverse Osmosis membranes with improved fouling resistance”、“ Advanced Metalorganic Materials (MOF) for the adsorption of gases of environmental concern and high selectivity heterogeneous catalysis”等项目10余项。
In order to enhance membrane functionalities, progress has been made significantly by combining polymeric membranes with inorganic materials. Nano-enhanced polymeric membranes have been prepared with a wide range of different nanoparticles to increase the novelty of membrane materials such as membrane permeability and anti-fouling resistance. Although many attempts have been made to improve membrane materials, shortfalls of current strategies using physical/chemical modification still require new approaches. This seminar try to provide a better understanding on the physicochemical interactions between membranes, nanoparticles and water pollutants in order to distinguish the relationships between morphological features and functional properties of Nano-enhanced polymeric membranes.
